don’t say no. say MABE.
I was born and raised in Montreal, Quebec, where I fell in love with film and hockey. After many violent outbursts of screaming and crying on the ice rink, it was clear I was more dramatic than athletic, so at age 12, I decided to pivot and delve into the entertainment industry where I began my career as an actor doing voices on children's cartoons (Arthur, Little Lulu, Caillou) and worked on live-action kid’s television series (Are You Afraid of the Dark, Goosebumps, Flash Forward, Lassie).
After working in Canada for many years, I decided to move to Los Angeles where I landed starring roles in pilots for Fox & Warner Brothers as well as various tv shows (AMC’s Preacher, Future Man on Hulu, ABC Family’s Beautiful People) and films (Zack & Miri Make a Porno, The Trotsky, The Wild Hunt, Goon). After a successful foray in front of the camera, I transitioned into a career behind the camera, having written and directed commercials for clients at Verizon, State Farm, Microsoft Xbox, Arby’s, Dropbox, Hard Rock Café, Fruit of the Loom, Joann Stores and many more. I also co-created, wrote, executive produced and starred in the IFC TV series “Gigi Does It”.
I love cats and professional wrestling. My fears include caterpillars, knives and intimacy.

Ricky
